The Guidelines for Leading Your Congregation booklets are designed to provide guidance for those responsible for the administration and programs of the local church. The 26 Guidelines titles cover such church leadership areas as Church Council, Pastor, and Lay Leader/Lay Member; the administrative areas of Finance and Trustees; and ministry areas focused on nurture, outreach, and witness including Worship, Evangelism, Stewardship, age-level ministries, and Communications, and more.

The Guidelines for Leading Your Congregation are available from Cokesbury individually, as a set, or as an online subscription. Spanish and Korean versions are available as well.
