Rules and restrictions

—Items must be bought or sold by a church, not by pastors or any individual member or group of members in the church.

—Items posted for sale or needed must be directly related to the ministry and mission of the church. This may include, but is not limited to, furniture for worship, education or fellowship areas; musical instruments; choral music; curricula; office supplies and machinery; and kitchen utensils.

—Items posted as for sale should be of usable quality and in good working order or repairable.

—By participating in the purchase or sale of any item posted on the website, you must agree all transactions are the complete and sole responsibility of the buyer and seller. The Nebraska Conference does not offer any warranty or guarantee on items posted on this site, nor does the Conference participate in or guarantee payment of any items purchased.

—You further agree the church and person buying or selling any item posted will hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Nebraska Conference with respect to any claim made against the Conference and its employees and volunteers.
