Africa University


Africa University, located outside Mutare, Zimbabwe's fourth largest city, is a United Methodist-related institution with more than 1,200 students from 22 African countries. Established in 1992, they grant both bachelor's and master's degrees in various programs. The development of the University is a consequence of the growth of United Methodism in Africa. The growth in membership and the emerging socio-economic and political needs in their countries led the African bishops of the UMC to call on their church to invest in higher education provision in Africa. Crowell Memorial Home


Crowell Memorial Home, located in Blair, Neb., is a non-profit, Christian-based facility, dedicated to providing care for all. It was founded in 1905 when Christopher Columbus and Polly Crowell donated their mansion to be used as a retirement home. A Medicare/Medicaid certified facility, they offer a full continuum of care with 96 skilled nursing beds, a secured Unit, 18 assisted living apartments and eight independent living apartments. Epworth Village


Epworth Village is a nonprofit agency providing family-centered treatment to children and families dealing with severe emotional and behavioral disorders. Founded by the Women’s Home Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church in 1889, the agency was originally called Mothers' Jewels Home, an orphanage that served thousands. Interchurch Ministries of Nebraska


Interchurch Ministries of Nebraska is a statewide ecumenical agency that provides planning and program support to cooperating denominations in Nebraska. Lydia Patterson Institute

Mount Sequoyah Retreat and Conference Center


Located in Fayetteville, Ark., Mount Sequoyah is the center for leadership training of the South Central Jurisdiction (SCJ) of The United Methodist Church, and is supported, in part, by the Mission Shares that each Annual Conference, including the Nebraska Conference, pays to the SCJ. Saint Paul School of Theology


Saint Paul School of Theology, located in Kansas City, Mo., was one of two schools authorized by the 1956 General Conference of the Methodist Church. In addition to the downtown KC campus, Saint Paul School of Theology at Oklahoma City University began offering courses in September 2008.
